About our Meeting Room
The meeting room is available for customers on a first come first serve basis. However, the room can be officially rented by contacting . See pricing below. If the room is rented, then it will not be available for other customers. Reservation notices will be posted outside of the meeting room. The room should be vacated 30 minutes before a reservation so our proper sanitization protocol can take place.
Tables and chairs may be arranged to your liking to best accommodate your group.
We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought in to our cafe or meeting room. Catering orders for boxed lunches or trays should be made with at least 24 hours advance notice to ensure we can accommodate your entire group in a timely manner.
Wifi is available.
We do not refund for cancelled meetings, unless given more than 72 hours notice. Please email if you have any questions.

• Monday-Friday Regular Hourly Rate (7am-11am or 2pm-8pm): $35 per hour with 1 hour minimum
• Monday-Friday Prime Hourly Rate (11am-2pm): $75 per hour with 1 hour minimum
• Saturday Hourly Rate: $75 per hour with 3 hour minimum
• Sunday Hourly Rate: $100 per hour with 3 hour minimum
Rental pricing includes set up and clean up fees.
Can I bring in outside food?
We do not allow outside food int he meeting room. f you are renting out the full cafe, the private venue, or all spaces for a fully private event, then yes, outside food is permitted from approved caterers. If bringing in outside food, then East 59 Cafe is released from liability of any possible food-borne illness.
Is alcohol allowed?
We are currently pursuing our liquor license to provide alcohol at our private events.
Can we move tables and chairs?
Yes! Tables and chairs can be arranged as needed. If furniture needs to be moved, please pick up the furniture and do not drag it. We ask that the tables and chairs be put back as they were at the end of your event.
Can we have decorations?
Often times people tell us they love to use our space because they don't need to bring any special decorations! But yes, non-damaging decorations are allowed to be used. We do not allow Command strips, nails, or glue to be used, as they could cause damage to the facility.
What kind of parking is available?
There is ample free parking available in the shopping center to the front, side, and back of the building.
How much set up and clean up time is available?
We allow for 30 min of set up time and 30 min of clean up time in the meeting room as available.
