About our Private Venue

As a family business, our goal is to make your event relaxing and enjoyable by designing & executing your event from start to finish. This event guide has been created as a tool for simple planning & transparent pricing. Some of our past events include:

• Monday-Friday Regular Hourly Rate (7am-11am or 2pm-8pm): $150 per hour with 2 hour minimum

• Monday-Friday Prime Hourly Rate (11am-2pm): $200 per hour with 2 hour minimum

• Saturday Hourly Rate: $200 per hour with 3 hour minimum

• Sunday Hourly Rate: $150 per hour with 3 hour minimum

Rental pricing includes set up and clean up fees.

Can I bring in outside food?


If you are renting out the full cafe, the private venue, or all spaces for a fully private event, then yes, outside food is permitted from approved caterers. If bringing in outside food, then East 59 Cafe is released from liability of any possible food-borne illness. 



Is alcohol allowed? 


We are currently pursuing our liquor license to provide alcohol at our private events. 


What is the deposit on space rental? When is it due?


The deposit on event space rental is due at the time of scheduling and is 25% of the cost of the event space rental. The deposit on space rental is non-refundable. Final space rental payment can be made on the day of the event as well.

What about catering deposits & payment?

A 25% non-refundable catering deposit is due at reservation.

Another 25% non-refundable due two weeks prior to the event.

Remaining balance due the day of the event.


Is there a microphone available? 


Bluetooth speaker is available with instruction guide. Includes a 2 mic input system. Lighting and stage available upon request for a set up fee.



Can we move tables and chairs?


Yes! Tables and chairs can be arranged as needed. If furniture needs to be moved, please pick up the furniture and do not drag it. We ask that the tables and chairs be put back as they were at the end of your event.




Can we have decorations?


Often times people tell us they love to use our space because they don't need to bring any special decorations! But yes, non-damaging decorations are allowed to be used. We do not allow Command strips, nails, or glue to be used, as they could cause damage to the facility.

What kind of parking is available?

There is ample free parking available in the shopping center to the front, side, and back of the building.

How much set up and clean up time is available?

We allow for one hour of set up time and one hour of clean up time in the private venue as available.

Is music available?

We have a bluetooth connection available for sound to play from your device.
